Trio
The developer purchased this site, located in the Old Town area of Scottsdale, entitled for 11 townhome units. The developer’s interest was to increase the density, so we redesigned and entitled the TRIO concept utilizing three-plex three-story townhomes, achieving a total of 12 units for a net density of 16 du/ac. This project was successfully entitled and permitted through the City of Scottsdale’s Green Building program.
