Ana Mandara PAD
Not only did we design the Ana Mandara Master Planned Community, but we also created the approved Ana Mandara Planned Area Development (PAD) policy document. This PAD includes the coordination of multiple disciplines, including traffic engineer, outside consulting planner, architect, civil engineer, and the environmental consultant. Included in the PAD are the zoning designations, descriptions, and the zoning standards. As lead project consultant, we also prepared the project architectural and signage theme, including Design Guidelines and a native landscape palette.
