Fountain Hills Land Use Analysis
The Town of Fountain Hills, a master planned community and the northeastern most suburb of the Phoenix Metropolitan area, solicited our services to prepare their inaugural “Land Use Analysis & Statistical Report” to aid their economic development and long range planning policy efforts. This study analyzed the existing business and construction activity in the community, identified business and economic trends, and reviewed the capital improvement programs and annual Town Budget. The initial document was so successful; we prepared the following year report as well.
