The Place on Jentilly

This project site was formerly a class C apartment project that burned down in the early 1990’s. The site is located within a half mile of Arizona State University and was designed to house student and faculty. The concept utilizes a compact three-story attached townhome footprint with one two-car tandem garage unit to achieve a total of 33 townhome units for 22.4du/ac. Project management included consultant coordination, site design, product development, and entitlements.
