Serenity

This master plan is a community of predominantly single-family detached homes designed with a mixture of housing products to integrate multiple demographics and income ranges. The project also includes a 20 acre open space parcel designed for active recreation amenities, including baseball diamonds and all purpose, lighted sports fields. The expansive neighborhood sidewalk and trail network provides pedestrian and bicycle connections to community recreation facilities, a 7.3 acre commercial retail parcel, and to the abutting neighborhoods.
