The Overlook at FireRock
This challenging hillside multi-family project consists of three distinct attached housing concepts for a total of 80 dwelling units and 8 acres of undisturbed hillside preserve. The site averages a 15% slope and the homes are arranged along a ridgeline bisecting the property, providing fantastic views of the prestigious FireRock Country Club golf course. The housing product was designed to cascade down the hillside in a walk-out style to negotiate the strict hillside development and building height codes. Project management included consultant selection and coordination, site design, product development, and entitlements.
