The Villages at Westridge

Westridge is located on the UTA Trax line in the greater Salt Lake Metro area of Utah. The project includes a unique mixed-use commercial and senior living component fronting the light rail line and a landscaped main street entry boulevard dominated by a pedestrian sensitive streetscape terminating at a traffic circle and open space park amenity. The project also includes commercial pad sites, a small-lot garden style single family neighborhood concept, a resort style community amenity center, luxury walk-up apartments and an office pad site.
